The fully configured VICIdial server access details will be sitting in your Inbox within 4 Minutes of your purchase. Make an order, watch some Shorts and your server is ready. Our fully unattended deployment platform built of Python (not the snake) takes care of everything within 10 Minutes.
Free Migration from your old provider:
Tired of your old VICIdial provider..?? We will move everything from your old server, and further secure it. The new server with us will have all your data, recordings, leads and custom configurations. You never lose anything once you move to us.
Dynamic Portal Firewall for Self Whitelisting of users:
We integrate a Dynamic Firewall where your agents can whitelist their own IP and the VICIdial is accessible to them for next 48 hours. The firewall portal itself is secured on a TCP port assigned by our deployment platform. You will also have access to add IPs in Whitelist so they can access in at all times.
SSL Certificates for your VICIdial, Keep all traffic on encrypted channel:
We generate and install a SSL Certificate on your VICIdial server and thats a 100% automated process, for renewals as well. We use the SSL Certificate to enable WebRTC so you never need to install any Soft Phones on your workstations.
Bundled Webphones based on WebRTC, no Softphones needed:
The install comes with Webphones configured for every individual user. You will never need to install any Soft Phone or buy expensive physical IP Phones. You just need a browser and a headphone and you are good to start dialing.
Daily Automated Backups for added peace of mind:
The server is backed up automatically everyday, no custom configurations required at all. You can also create a manual backup anytime from your client area. You will also have the ability to restore a backup (from the client area), and it takes just a few minutes.
Free On Demand Snapshots:
Snapshots are on demand copies of your server and are accessible for your Client Area. You can always create a snapshot on demand, you can have unlimited snapshots as long as you are under the Snapshot Storage Tier on your current plan.
Google Drive Integration for Automated Backups:
Hell yeah..!! We already have the automated Google Drive backup script in the server. Our tech team can work with you and generate Google Auth Credentials, of course we have a documentation for that as well. The daily automated backups will be sent to YOUR very own Google Drive as a secondary Backup.
AWS S3 Integration for Automated Backups:
Scared of data loss, we already do daily automated backups that stays in our secure Data Center. We also have AWS S3 automated backup script in the server. Our tech team can work with you and help you setup the AWS S3 bucket, and BOOM.. The daily backups will be sent there automatically.

Need a white-label VICIdial..?? We will customise your VICIdial instance with your brand logo and a custom color scheme matching your brand. We can also slap your domain name on your VICIdial instance, put a SSL certificate and of course we will do that for free.
